like the title says, I want recommendation on the 90s shoujo manga or manga-ka, authors like SAITO Chiho and HIKAWA Kyouko. shoujo fantasy preferred.

I'm pretty sure this is a repeat, but since I can't find the thread...
Glass Mask is a really good one. Not fantasy, per say, but good nonetheless.
There were a couple others, but I can't think of them at the moment.
Does the walker choose the path, or the path the walker?

The site has a function called genres, fantasy and shoujo, completely scanlated, page 7 and onwards has the 90's...

Glass Mask etc are from the 70's. Only Basara was from the 90's.
Check out KAWACHI Yukari's works. She was popular in the 90's. KITAGAWA Miyuki will do too.
