if Asuka was going to be a main character i think they should have introduced her when haruto first went to tokyo when he blew off nanami and went with eba since he was in his sisters apartment asuka was next door.

Unless Seo thinks "fuck it all" and decides those 100 chapters are character development for Haruto. The next 100 chaps are gonna be character development for Asuka.
It would be a mold breaker, if a girl introduced halfway in the story ends up as the end girl.

But as I said before, considering what has happened between Yuzuki and Haruto, I can't see how they can get back together without it feeling forced.

I honestly feel like Seo Kouji has read one too many forum posts from fans about his story being predictable and has started making one completely random plot change after another.
-70~(?) chapters set in one town, things sort of solid, flowing together
then
-Eba runs away and gets a new boyfriend
-Haruto goes to Tokyo and meets 2 friends
-1 friend is dating Eba
-Chapter after chapter going on about how Haruto and Eba's new boyfriend are such good friends after talking for 5 minutes once (exaggerating a little bit, but close enough)
-Eba's boyfriend dies
-Haruto starts dating other friend
All in about 30 chapters

ahh >.< i can defo see that happening - but i'm really a fan of harutoxasuka atm, it'd be such a shame if it doesn't work out, she's the most honest, straight-forward girl in this manga. It's a shame i can't see him giving up on eba as easily as he supposedly has - i can see them winding up together once she waltzes back in to his life 😢

Actually even though Asuka hasnt been in this manga as long as Eba she's already more developed than Eba and her relationship is going and developing better so far. Plus she's open about her feelings and when something pisses her off she doesn't hold back. She's a stronger girl than Eba is. It's annoying how she's most likely going to pop up and remain unchanged and Haruto will probably go after her. She's actually one of the least developed "main characters." I'd go as far as to say she's more like a plot device on legs. It's a shame she's the "main heroine." She's boring. Asuka has more of a fire to her. Also if Haruto goes back with her it will look like he learned nothing and didn't change at all. At the very least I would hope he questions and resists her.

This chapter made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. On another note, I'm glad he started dating Mishima. Eba started out as a likeable character, then slowly she became unbearable. I can't stand her anymore. In my opinion, Haruto and Mishima make a much better couple.
Eba is going to have some major character growing to do if I'm gonna change my mind.

Character development or not, I don't think Eba can ever grow on me again.
The bitch can burn for all I care.

It is possible that the author makes Eba pregnant with Kazama child and therefore refuses to see Haruto for yhat. But they will be in the same university.

So the author would like make Asuka Haruto girlfriend's to put him in the worse situation.

This idea came to me after rereading the last volume of Suzuka ^ ^

Yo, I just caught up with the current chapter. Anyways I'll throw my 2 cents into the pot now.

This seems really Suzuka direction right now. Like seriously, Anyways I dropped it from chapter 97 and just read it all, and I totally forgot that Nanami existed. Also another shame is that Asakura didn't get anyone, she was such a babe too. Just like Shiho, but well it happens.

Now I really really hope that things go well for Haruto and Mishima, they actually seem alot better than Yamato and Sakurai in Suzuka. Besides who says the heroine has to be Eba? As of right now, I say f**k the bitch, lets just say she was the prologue to Haruto's PH.D in being a pimp. Besides Haruto is much more of a man than Yamato will ever be.

So future predictions: If Seo Kouji doesn't hate all of humanity and isn't a wish-wash recycled author, I hope by the slim chance this will diverge from its current Suzuka route and go onto a straight path of its own. Y'know like Haruto going to college, not hooking back up with Eba and what not.
