I'd like a female homunculus...drools
Ehm anyway i believe its easier to go faster than light than to raise the dead. If I'm wrong, im always ready to take Necromancy Lessons 🤣

Cure for Aids and Cancer? PLEASE GOD NO!!! those are the only things that slow the growth of human population (sadly is not nearly enough), actually is hard to say this, but Mankind needs either another WW or a plague in order to control our numbers, is better to lose a few millions in silly wars, than to lose billions to famine (worse way of dying!!!)

Chaos, dear pal, sometimes it would be REALLY appreciated if you counted to 1000 and then decided NOT to post. This aint the least funny, you know...

O_O

The naivety of the previous post is so mind blowing that I can hardly contain...

must not insult him/her... must avoid BAN

Oh sorry, what part of "aliens don't exist" is naive? Maybe you already met an alien?

Dude the moon already has bacterias living in it, it was because the Apollo 11 wasn't sterilized and upon its landing the bacteria began to live in the moon surface... THAT is why the NASA doesn't even considers to look for life in the moon, because we already contaminated the scene and as such any test done in the moon would give positive results.

SO YEAH there are CONFIRMED ALIENS RIGHT NOW... any life outside earth is Alien life, even if it was our fault to being with... so YES YOU ARE NAIVE AS HELL

Also you said there is nothing other than dust outside earth, I would like to know where the hell you got that information... the bible? because that is the only book that I know that has not been updated about the phenomena that happen all the time in the milkyway... heck even our solar system proves you wrong.

How many planets are in our Solar system?
Do you believe the earth is flat?
Oh wait, The earth is the center of the universe!!!

is not funny... is the truth, if our population keeps growing at this rate famine will be quite common... HECK if a plague of some kind managed to destroy 40% of the worlds crops by tomorrow, most countries wouldn't have enough food stored for even 20% of their populations... we are in a tight spot.. any sudden change will surely destroy the valance and send our so called advanced civilization in a spiral of Chaos and dead.

I know that there are plants and micro-organism on other planets. What`s special about that? The only thing that matters is whether there are intelligent life forms outside earth. Getting all excited because of something like bacteria. Why don't you try to communicate with your plants and bacteria? 🤣

... 😐

Anyways! I've always strongly believed that there is life outside earth. There are too many galaxies out there for there not to be any life other than ours on Earth. I can't believe that in that vast universe with all those little dots representing a different solar system's within separate galaxies, that we are the only living beings.

I don't agree with the list. For instance I believe in a speed faster than light currently unmeasurable by human science but not in bringing the dead back to life (if you consider death to be the destruction of the brain cells rather than heart no longer beating since theoretically as long as the brain is in tact then the body can still survive even after years of being frozen cryogenically). I don't believe in the lochness monster either, nor a cure for cancer or aids or life currently exisiting on mars (though I agree that it may once have done). I also don't think humans will terraform either mars or the moon and if we do colonise another planet it will be one identical or highly similar to our own, terraforming is too difficult considering we don't understand ecosystems fully. In relative terms a speed faster than light is a lot more believable than terraformng other planets or a monstet/dinosaur (pick your theory) living in a lake constantly under scientific exploration. Making a perfect clone is within reach more than human-level A.I to my mind, though maybe not considering we still haven't unravelled the myseries of our brain.

My personal theory is humans will kill either themselves off with A.I or the planet off with global warming before we ever find aliens, life of other planets or a human travels beyond the moon.

It isn't that we can't measure it, physically traveling at the speed of light is impossible in this plane of existence, it is the top speed capacity for objects with mass, even something as light as an electron will take an infinite amount of energy to accelerate to the speed of light( though we can get it pretty close, about 99%) But, what is possible is using worm-holes to "travel" to places faster than it would take light to travel to in this dimension. And no, traveling in one direction at the speed of light and seeing light coming from the opposite direction does not count, theoretically, it will still be traveling at the speed off light not* two times the speed of light. Yeah this universe is weird.
As for using black holes for time travel, I would have to say it is a good idea in theory, but as to trying it in practice, we'll have to figure out how to survive the conditions, as well as a way to get out of the black hole.
Cloning, very possible, perfect clones, not currently, but as soon as we take care of the telomere problem and the surrogate mother mitochodrial DNA problem, that would be it, though, there are probably a complex of other problems we haven't even contemplated.
Now, the homunculus, I don't even know what the conditions for a homunculus are so I'm not even going to try.
life outside of earth is a given, the universe is too big, and everything is probablility. In fact I'd like to see other beings, especially ones that are more perfect than we are.
cancer is actually useful, it could be the key to immortality, as for AIDS, it's a problem, just like any other virus, once we can deal with the common cold, we can deal with AIDS.
yeah, I know my shit.

Errr

You are the one that said there is nothing more than dust outside earth, and now you say of course there is life outside earth, but no one should care about bacteria?

Oh yeah, because is not thanks to unicellular beings that you can drink milk in the mornings and eat cookies in the afternoon, not to mention the great help they are with medicine...

You say life in other worlds is unimportant unless they are intelligent? I beg to differ, what if we find a bacteria that can transform carbon dioxide into pure Oxygen and Carbon in a speed that plants can't match, this would mean that we would no longer need to take Oxygen tanks to our space crafts and what the hell, maybe we could survive in the deeps of space by making them purify our air (they eat carbon dioxide and reproduce) and then eat them (like algae)

Or a plant that feeds on nuclear waste? that would fix our problems of waste management...

But noooo, you said the life outside earth is unimportant, unless they are smart...

I would like to assume that you know what is the "theory" of evolution all about and that everything began from unicellular beings... of course there is the Biblical "Theory" of creation -_-, "God blinked and made the man" 😐

Everything in that list is somewhat possible, some are not just possible, but are already confirmed, one is the Loincloth monster, The giant squids and the other is life outside earth.

wait you said Giant Octopuses? that is not confirmed yet... my bad

My my. I bet you still think war is a necessary evil? The fact that your concerned about the POPULATION of this world proves that you have no idea whats whats really going on.
Honestly.
Think about it.

Yeah, we can control population easily... just apply the Chinese law or make it so hard that only wealthy people can afford to have children... just look how well things are going in Japan and China.

Fact: Educated Families have 2 to 3 children... meanwhile uneducated families (Rednecks in US) have 4 or more... with are the genes spreading? obviously not the right ones...

Only Stupid people make war... as an indirect result, a good % of the war victims are... anyway, war is not a necessity, but seems to be a a shortcut

Spoiler was edited and made less offensive... yet is still offensive as HELL, so If you hate me, want to Hate me, or just plainly don't care about others. you are free to read.

Chaos, hon, you probably need to take a step back from this conversation and continue later. You're getting really worked up about pushing what you believe on others.

Some actual facts exist, but there's more theory, fiction, and propaganda flying around than you give credit for. I know you're attempting to debate, but you can't change the opinion of the masses by being pushy, which is how you're coming across right now.

It's really not worth being banned to keep at it. Just let it go for a while.
