I would prefer if the girl was more popular than the male lead. I've been reading a lot of manga where the male lead is popular and cool so i'm looking for something newer! Shoujo would be preferred but i would accept others.
No hentai or ecchi please.

Unfortunately, a nerdy or unpopular male lead narrows it down a lot, which is just a shame. Nerdy and/or unpopular males are quite adorable, I think. Also, I haven't read very many manga that fit this category. I did quite like Summer Wars (which is based off of the movie).
