Hurray~! Yaoi!

Anyway, I have a suggestion.
Maybe they should make this genre poll a regular thing. Twice a year? To see how fast the fans change their favourite. =D

my favourite has to be comedy. didnt say romance cause i sometimes get sick of it. main favs are: comedy, romance, action, adventure, shounen, shoujo

Surprisingly, yaoi is in the lead though. Can't say I'm not happy thought 🤣 But romance is catching up.

Anyways, doesn't Shoujo (-ai), Shonen (-ai), Josei, Seinen, Yaoi and Yuri count as demographics? Oh well, I'm not complaining.

I voted comedy. Cuz that's what I read manga for. I mean I'm reading HnI which is 800+ chapters long, lacking nice artwork/guys, and is about boxing which I am completely indifferent about. So why am I reading it? Two words: It's hilarious. A close second would have to be shonen, but that's a demographic. Third would be yaoi (Ima fangirl. So, bite me 😀 ), but that's also a demographic. So I guess I would have to go with action or romance (non-shojoy kind though), as a third. LOL @ Shag.

Yaoi is not a demographic. Seinen, Shounen, Josei and Shoujo are the only demographics. Yaoi is in fact a genre.

Any one of the genres could be subdivided by the other genres. Just as you can have a comedy yaoi you can have an action horror, a school life drama, or an ecchi fantasy.

Yaoi is going to win because it has the most rampant fangirls. There's nothing we can do about it.

Oh and, as for me, I voted yuri.
