A loooong time ago, I can't remember if it as a manga or anime, but it was about a girl who woke up out of coma pr something, and her guardian told her that she must hide the fact that she is a woman because there were only of handful of women left in the world and if her secret ever got out, she would be taken. I believe she was also the only one left of reproductive age. Does anyone have any idea what the name of it is?
