I have an iPhone, so I use the MangaRock App. It's a good app.

I read online either on Batoto or on the scanlator's website. If they don't offer online reading, then I download it from their website.

I don't buy manga as the ones I really like aren't released here in Germany.

I mainly get things directly from the scanlators chosen channels of distribution. If the scanlator is long gone I go to alternative sites to download or even batoto and using jDownloader to download pages.

When it come to book format I have to buy from an online store that ship to Sweden from either USA or Japan. Though I wont be able to read those from Japan. It's also expensive to import from outside EU so it rarely happen. 🙁
