If you are interested, Lynira, I can happily describe how I make it. All you need is a food processor, a bowl and a freezer.

Make sure you have a ripe melon (I have used both muskmelon and honey due before, though other types seem to be fine as well). Chop it into cubes and then place it in the food processor. Melt sugar (1/2-1C for 5C of melon) in a pot with a tiny bit of lemon (about a tablespoon) and a bit of water (about 1/4-1/3C). Let the sugar melt and then leave it another minute or so, until it begins to boil before taking it off, it should be in the thread stage. You can add a bit of cream if you like- optional. Add the liquid sugar to the melon and pure. Place it in a bowl and put it in the freezer. You will have to stir it intermittently while it is in the process of freezing, every 10 minutes or so. Once it is frozen, enjoy.

I hope I will be excused for digressing from the thread topic. I do like the melon taste in this though, it is reminiscent of Japan!
