I think that Madara is the boss of Akatsuki. After all, we still don't know it's full purpose and everything behind it.

Also, I still think that Tobi is Obito. Would you expect Madara to act that way? And probably the most significant thing right now is the fact that Sasuke does not have the mangekyou sharingan.

Well this chapter also mentioned that there is one more secret of the sharingan that only Madara knows. So can't wait to find out what it is.

Well there is a answer to that as well. Madara/Tobi may not of been ready to have all the tailed beast sealed within the statue, so he wanted the Fourth to seal it somewhere safe until he was prepared. There is even the chance that Madara has his own agenda, due to the fact that he didn't join the Akatsuki until after the time skip. He may have decided to join them to have a chance to further his own goals.

Here's something I am wondering, I wonder if the other Akatsuki members are aware that Tobi is Madara. Itachi probably knows, but I am not sure about anyone else.

Knowing how Akatsuki works, Madara probably won't reveal his true identity except to those he wants. After all, he helped Itachi wipe out the Uchiha clan. Itachi has probably known the fact (if it is true) for years now.

i think probably Itachi worked under Madara and still does, so the Uchiha clan slaughter would be Itachi and Madara´s doing (Madara being the founder of Uchiha and opossing konoha he probably feel betrayed by the clan and so wished to wipe it out). Well, that is just a guess i took.
I wonder what is akatsuki´s shape now, since Madara, Pain and maybe Itachi have another plan, there are some that died and there are just a few bijuus left to capture.
