It will be Arata since the characters resemble Hana Yori Dango. (one of the best shoujos imho)
Going off of that manga you already know
she is going to be with Arata (tsukasa) in the end, but she will go out with and have feeling for the other guy (who resembles Rui)
hopefully it will be just as long, but it will make me lose eyars off of my life waiting for them.

well, if you read cat street you know youko can make a plausive ending with any couple ^_^

I say the same thing with the same logic. Seeing as basically the same thing happened in Cat Street. Although Kouichi didn't look like Tsukasa at all. He was the Tsukasa in the Rui and Makino relationship.
Kamio Yoko always does this doesn't she. In we've seen it in Cat Street and Hana Yori Dango.

The steady pattern I've seen is that, in a shoujo if the heroine is introduced as having a crush on guy A, guy A will 75% turn out to be bad/not what heroine expects, etc. She'll get with guy B who helps her on in the process of trying to get guy A.
Plugging in what we know about Matsuri Special:
guy A = Wataru
guy B = Arata
Therefore, she will end up with Arata. //

Yeah, she is definately going to end up with Arata. Pretty much fits the pattern. Note that said pattern applies to romantic comedies in general, not just "shoujo".
