Sasuke is weakened after fighting Danzo, i think that something will happen to interrupt the fight.

LOL, of course there is much Sasuke hate right now (as there SHOULD BE), but admit it: for one tiny, split-second there, right before he was going to shove that chidori into Sakura's back, he was totally everybody's favorite character. Amirite?

Sure, Sakura turned out to be no traitor (thank god!!!!), but I was pretty disappointed by how, once again, the series made her look weak and foolish instead of capitalizing on an opportunity for her to look strong. Not only didn't she get the satisfaction of landing a single blow on Sasuke, but what semi-competent ninja would ever turn her back on a person she intends to kill?! Honestly, should she have needed Kakashi to come in and save her behind?

As for Kakashi, unfortunately, I don't think he's a match for even a chakra-depleted Sasuke. During the chuunin exams, Kabuto said he and Kakashi were about the same strength, which compared to every bad guy we've seen since then, is pretty weak. Whatever. If the characters still behaved as though they had an ounce of psychological realism, I would say Kakashi bears a heavy burden for Sasuke (Sasuke is like the kid who tortured small animals and grew up to be a serial killer while everybody turned a blind eye), and this fight could be all dramatic and meaningful. But psychological realism left us long ago and this fight is just a cheap appetizer until Naruto arrives. Believe it!

Sasuke should have no shot at winning this fight. That's exactly why Kishimoto is gonna make Sasuke go Super-Emo and bust out another completely overpowered move that wins the fight. Seriously, can the Sasuke-focused chapters stop already.

On a side note, lol at all the Karin haters. I'm indifferent to her character, so I really don't care that she wasn't killed. I'm just glad that Kishimoto is making Sasuke appear more and more evil with every chapter. Unfortunately, no matter how evil Sasuke becomes, Naruto just won't kill him because he needs to break the cycle. Doesn't mean I can't hope, and who knows, Naruto may not have to kill him. I still think Sasuke turning good again and sacrificing himself to make amends is a high possibility. As long as Sasuke dies, I'll be happy.

Nah, I think Karin is smarter than that. Grant it, we don't know anything about her, and she seemed obsessed with Sasuke (like Sakura and Naruto), but Sasuke tried to kill her. The little we have seen of her, she hasn't come off as an immature schoolgirl (at least not in my eyes). I think it's more likely that she'll try to convince Sakura and Naruto to let go of him seeing as she went face-to-face with Sasuke's true colors. That is if she survives. She's still heavily wounded, and Kakashi said to get her stabilized to the point she could talk. Nothing about saving her. She may be beyond saving.

Ok guys I am sure the rest of Hawk is going to show up once Sasuke starts losing. Then Kiba and them show up. However they get beaten by Hawk. Then Sakura will come just in time to save Kakashi. Naruto will then show up and beat all of them. Mandara comes and saves Sasuke and then brings forth 2 Bujii. Sakura pushes Kakashi out of the way and saves him but gets hit by one of the Bujii's tails. However he is still insane and tries to kill everyone. Then the Kages and Bee show up to try and calm him down. Sakura walks up to him and whispers" Naruto your an idiot. You really can't read a girl's heart." Then Naruto lets the chakra go making a big dust bomb like explosion. In the middle of it Sakura kisses Naruto.

I hoped Sakura would do something at last, but she's still useless, unfortunately. But I'm glad that after all these fights with Itachi, Madara, Danzo etc Kishi has returned to the main part of the plot - the relationship between the former Team 7 members.
I hope Naruto gets in time to prevent Kakashi from being killed... and makes up his mind about Sasuke - it's ridiculous that after everything Sasuke has done Naruto still thinks about 'saving' him and returning to Konoha together.

Agree... it's just plain stupidity for a shinobi or a warrior to turn its back on an enemy.. not unless if you have a byakugan, which unfortunately, she hasn't.... it's just shows that she's much weaker than naruto.... to think that she always laugh and ridicule naruto for being weak and useless in the early part of the story..

Sasuke has plot armor miles thick, he wont lose.

And if he kills Kakashi right in front of Naruto, he'll lose it and with no one left to restore the seal it would start the ball rolling for Madara's plan.

call me narutard, but i hope naruto faked that panic attack so he could go after sasuke... he is unpredictably clever... i think its at the moment gaara told him to think about what he could really do for sasuke, and that is the moment he decided to fight sasuke
