naruto still has the crazy power itachi gave him, it could be a part of itachi to talk to sasuke or it could be a way to strip sasuke of the brain washng that he knew mandra would try to do. Remerber that.
but crazy shit happens. but sasuke cant fight in his state, and naruto is far stronger now, he might end up fighting mandra
