Where does Link keep his sh*t?

Okay, in every Zelda game Link gets a sh*t load of items but usually only his sword and shield are visible. Where does he keep it all!? My theory is that he stuffs it inside the magical creature he's traveling with. (Navi, Midna, etc.)

he has magical powers and can pull of chris angel shit and make things appear 😛
i was nervous at first it was big & long & went straight up i had to try it i eased onto it & liked it! i went up & down on it.... i love escalators now! 😀

Then why does he carry his sword and shield on his back? And why does he go to the trouble of rescuing Zelda every game if, by your theory, he can just make her apear in front of him?
