What are your choices for the Weekly Shonen Magazine Big 3?
example:
1.)Fairy Tail (its obvious)
2.)AKB49 (the anime is really popular and it has some real-life AKB48 characters into it)
3.)CODE BREAKER (Well, this is third most popular on the list..)

Haha, i had to look up all the manga by this magazine to figure it out.
The first two would be Fairy tale and Rave by Hiro Mashima. Those two rank fairly high in my overall manga list. If i had to pick a third, it would probably be GTO.
I wanted to like Code: Breaker, but I seriously can't stand Sakura!!! If she wasn't there, or at least if she wasn't all 'stop fighting, violence is not the answer' I might not have dropped the series. But I suppose that's a story for another day.

Just AKB49 for me, really... Koe no Katachi should've just stayed a one-shot. It got boring. Nanatsu no Taizai has gotten really downhill; the plot's a mess and the writing is no good. UQ Holder seemed good from the first few chapters and then it got really really bad--Akamatsu did so much wonderful research for Negima, but he totally slacked for UQ.

If you're talking about sheer popularity, then maybe:
If you want to know my opinion instead, I'd mention only Koe no Katachi and Shibatora for now, but there are many that I have yet to read.
