I remember reading a manga about a kid that goes to art school. His classmate (seme) is some sort of model or star and then uke wants to film him. They get into a sex-friend relationship and uke films their sex. Later the uke turn in his sex video for a project and it becomes a commotion because the seme was popular. That's about as much as I can remember. I hope someone knows what manga I'm talking about.

Ah, I know this one! It's called Beautiful World and it's a oneshot from the back of the second volume of Keijijou na Bokura by KAWAI Touko. It got spun off into its own series Kurumi no Naka too, but the scanlation group is dead and the English publisher abandoned it, so good luck!
