To be more specific, one raises the other when he was young, or gave him a shelter, living together with him until he grows up.

I was going to suggest Ai no Kotoba o Uragaeshi, but I never remember the title. Glad you found it! As I recall, the boy is the seme.

Aozora no Sunda Iro wa - the seme pursues his former teacher
Boku no Shiru Anata no Hanashi - again, the younger man is the seme
Abiru Junjou - student / teacher, the seme tries to wait, they have a sort of father figure relationship
Voice or Noise - not so much raises him, but is a sort of father figure
