Incest hentais aren't any different than regular hentai. If there's no character development or some time before to show how the brother-sister, mother/father-child relationship is before the sex, then its just two character whom I don't know nor care about having sex. Incest Doujinshis on the other hand makes more sense, because the relationship has already been established in whatever series/manga. Even then, it's still an hilarious concept.
