Is this a previously made topic? If so I couldn't find it. What do you think? Best hair in manga? Who has it? What style is it? I've said it once and I'll say it again: best hair is sexhair.

I like hair long on both guys & girls, but not ponytail or braid/pigtail styles on the latter, or if it is tied up in a bun; shoulder-length is the minimum requirement for nice hair.

Examples:

. . . & many others . . .

I'd have to go with unique. One of the most boring things in something like a manga is normal hair. Odd colours or styles only possible in a manga are the best, especially the girls. It is one of the best things about most shounen manga.

I love long hair on guys. My current favorite is Eros Lanson in The One - straight dark hair that he sometimes pins up when he's got his serious face on.

Prince Ludwig in Ludwig Kakumei. Long, thick orange hair that half the time he wears up. So outrageously sexy.

Dr. Jizabel Disraeli — Count Cain / God Child for his long messy white hair, that sometimes gets in his eyes but never hides how wicked crazy he is.

Soubi in Loveless - flyaway platinum blond

Asami of ViewFinder has amazing sexy hair

Johnny Raeflo's messy, all in his face hair Vassalord

More in the anime than in the manga, but Touga and Saionji of Revolutionary Girl Utena - straight long red hair and long wavy green hair, respectively.

Nuff said (You know how hard it would be to get all those lightbulbs in place!?)

I'm gonna have to say the exact opposite (but, of course, each his own!) I guess I got fed up with the multitude of extravagant hairstyles in some mangas, now I think "plain" black hair (for instance) is refreshing. -> <3

Alucard from Hellsing

His hair was black and beautiful and just had a life of it's own

Just look at it:

The dude from Akumetsu

Also, the main character from Worst. He has that shaved head that is just hot

But my all time favorite hairstyle is the kind I usually find in Yaoi or Shounen Ai where you usually have the feminine guy and the masculine one and sometimes the mangaka's give the masculine ones that really short black hair, and I find that a lot of the times the guys are baseball players so I call it the baseball haircut. That, to me, is the best hair in mangaland 😃
