Love
Okay, we have many different threads that deal about love, but we don't have any that is specifically about it. As in, what do you define as "love"? Are there different kinds of loves (family, friends, romance, ...)? Why are they different? Why can't they be the same? ... Do you easily give out your love? What does "love" mean to you? Is it just another fancy word for trusting in someone, confiding into them wholly?
This thread is about giving your view on the concept of "love". What do you understand under "love"? It's as simple as that!
Let's talk about love, bb~♥

To me, they can all be stacked.
I try not to get too involved with love,
but of course I love my friends and my
family as well as my pets. The kind of
love that makes me remember them when
I don't see them.
But I just do it to look cool.
When nobody looks, I hug kitties,
puppies and babies.

"Love" is only a blanket term, really. I think it comes from the same place anyway. There are just different degrees & types.

Not to mention I don't quite understand the question. 🤣

Love is really complicated. There are technically many different kinds of love, like love for friends/family and romantic love. Stuff like incest and friends with benefits can make it hard to see the difference too. Then like mewnbrite said, there are different degrees. And of course there are all the different ways different people express their love for someone. Thinking of all these things together It's hard for me to consider exactly what the word love means to me.

It is something intense and enigmatic i guess, lol @ 4th option

I'm seriously considering the third option here 😐
🤣
I had to click it because it was just tooo funny. 😀
I laughed out loud when I saw that Love started this Love thread.
Love doesn't have to be complicated or hard. It's actually quite simple.
When you see someone and smile. That's love. When you want to see someone. That's love. When you see someone and smile and feel complete happy even when a second before you were down in the dumps. That's love.
The degrees may vary but it all adds up to one thing. LOVE. <3

For me, I don't really know what love is...
I might be able to pass off love as something I feel for a very few of my family members and my pets... but it's not a very intense feeling. I care for them and I am comfortable around them, but is that love? No sé.

Love is for the weak willed.
Hate that's where it's at.
If love and hate got it on, hate would turn love into a mushy pile of garbage.
I hate everyone in varying degrees. My family for example I hate least of all humans alive, except for my niece, she's just too cute to hate.
On a more serious note.
I honestly don't think love even really exists.
Maybe i'm just an unfeeling bastard, but I tend to not believe in things I have not experienced first hand. At best I believe in caring for others, but to call that love is a bit of a stretch.

I was so tempted to click that last option...
ahum, about love, hmm, I don't think I 'love' anyone atm, but rather like.Idon't love my friends, I just like them.I don't love my family, I like them.for me 'love' as in love for family, or love for a partner, is a whole different thing.
For me it already takes a looooong time until I fully trut someone, so if I'd ever love that someone, it'd be serious, I think.
buuut, as I said, atm I just like people.
Love is a very complex thing.

I do not understand "love" at all. I know I feel it towards the people in my life and I know they feel it towards me. I know it's from God. And I know I've yet to feel romantic love. And that pretty much covers my knowledge.

Different types of love (family, friends, romance, ...) do share similarities though they have aspects that make them different. For example, communication and "working on the relationship" are important and needed in these different types of loves.
Some people (probably not everybody) have life-long, close and trustable friends. And it can be called "love" too. As to other types of friends, you just like them. It's probably not love.
