I'm currently looking for some decent Action/Horror/Drama manga. It can be all of above only one of the above, and it can also be a mixture of other genres.

Also, preferably, I would like to know where I could find them. Because I hate getting manga suggestions and then not being able to find the bloody manga.
(Dunno if this is against the rules or not.. If it is, you don't have to tell me.)

Ichi the Killer. Don't know where to find it, but it's got drama, action, extreme amounts of violence and gore, torture and a sh*t load of sex. Oh, and the story's good too.

Well, when I was a kid, all you had to do was tell me that it was either something really violent or a girl was getting abused and I would automatically start feeling sick and not want to see it.
