The Nintendo DS or Sony PSP? Still stuck on the GBA? Or do you go back even further with the gaming portable goodness?

I own both the DS and the PSP but anyone following handhelds should know which is the winner by far 😁 Handhelds have become my major source of gaming as of now. Console games are a lot harder to get into but portable systems make gaming easier to get back into.

I have been playing Hotel Dusk: Room 215, and the Syphon Filter and Medal of Honor Heroes demos.

My last (and only) handheld was a Gameboy =P

I had DS for a while and it was sort of fun for a while. I traded it in for one of those mini GBAs and played pokemon and castlevania for a while. (longer than I ever played with the DS)
PSP serves no purpose that I can think of. I'd rather just play a PS2. (since I rarely ever am in a situation where portability is useful)

I've decided to no longer bother with handhelds. Just another money leech.

I have a DS but I haven't been addicted to a portable game since THPS 3. Now-a-days the only use the DS gets is with Mario Kart DS or Gundam Seed Battle Assault when I'm waiting in restaurants.

Doesn't this forum have DS addicts 😕

gamegear still is my favorite hand held

the new ones are just a little to small for myhands, it usually feels like ill break them

i have psp and it rocks, jaz make sure you have a custom firmware one and you can a lot of stuff in it XD

I like to have my games in hand and not ROMs/ISOs. I also can't agree with the PSP being awesome if it needs all these illegal things to make it awesome.

Anyone who's owned or played a DS before, why didn't you like it? Did you try games like Elite Beat Agents, Ouendan, or Trauma Center?

Well I have a super illegal Rom playing GBA emu (blame me, but im not rich and purchasing games here means importing them and paying in U$S which is unbearably expensive) but Im slowly saving money to buy a DS to play pokemon/fft2008. May take a while.
