Dorohedoro. Can't find the manga info here (maybe known as something else but dorohedoro is the original katakana name) but its on wikipedia though.

Eden has quite a bit of assasination parts iirc

I second Jackals. Really good manga. So far, it is pretty realistic (in manga terms; in real life terms, obviously not). The main character kicks ass.
