I read the manga agesss ago but still remember it being an interesting read. I'll list the things I remember:

• the mc was a young boy
• he has a power that allows anything his blood touches to become alive (hella cool right? Hahha)
• in the first few chapters, he was being attacked by someone (who also had a power I think)
• that same person trapped the mc in a room and fully attacked him, meaning that his blood got splashed on everything in the room
• this resulted in everything turning alive and attacking the evil dude

Hmm off the top of my head, the only manga where blood becomes "animate" is Deadman Wonderland, however it doesn't exactly fit the summary you've given. Try to take a look and see 😢 .

That's not it sadly ): it's a really old manga so I'm not surprised it's not known much. I've read deadman wonderland though and it's a really good read hahaha
