Well, as far as i know, bleach was the first manga to pry at the touchy subject of child birth and women's... parts. But I doubt there was anything that involved abortions or anything along those lines

well sure there are many micro organism that are talked about in the manga that can be classified as plants but when i say plant life i mean trees flowers and stuff. i actaully thought up a good plot for this.

it starts out with a flash back where this kid is looking at his parents lying on the ground dead with dried blood and this green stuff around thier mouth then it moves onto to how his parent were killed by some unknown organisation with some unknown poisen made from plants something which is wierd cause why would anyone want to create a poisen from plants when other poisens that were easier to manufacture and deadlier could've been used. because of this the main charecter decides to study plants and becomes a botenist. after he graduates from collage he accidently runs into drug smugglers that were beating this person he rescues the person and takes her to his apartment. when s/he wakes up s/he tells him that s/he is from some sort of GPO (green peace organisation) that are like any other GPO except thier also heavily anti drug and also study uses for plants. after this explanation the protagonist help this person find the bosses of the drug association that was planning to smuggle in the drugs. after that he gets invited to join the GPO which he does which leads to face many other drug associations meet various peaple help save a rain forest or 2 learn more about the association that killed his parents and a bit more

Actually a manga about carpeting would be a very interesting one.
Carpets are made in Pakistan and India by very small children, who are pretty much used as slaves for the work. Theres a few good documentaries on the topic. Its very sad to think that First World countries buy products made in such a horrible way but it happens...
As for the other ideas ...well they are pretty dumb, I doubt someone could write a whole manga centering on mud as a primary topic...
You should word it differently to make it look less dumb. You could've said a manga about mud houses for example. Now that could cover a whole manga IMO.

I know for a fact the manga 'Muddy' can be considered a manga about mud, and lucky star had quite a few chapters about cellphones.

Now, I don't think that a manga has appeared about a demon who performs abortions in a back alley and uses the fetuses (aborted cells, really) both as sustenance for his demonic hungers and as a way to become more and more human.
