To me it looks very much like the art of SHIMOTSUKI Kairi (Dark Road; Heaven's Love; Madness), though I can't say for sure. If you like this art style, I would say to check out Shimotsuki-sensei's work.
Nevermind, I think this is what you're looking for - Togainu no Chi dj - Inushiki. I found it on Blissful Sin's website.
