Well....I....I....am SHOCKED! Okay, I'm confused now.

So Kaname and Yuki AREN'T siblings?! ???

It was just a mis-translation?? Then...why did they release the chapter if it was a miscalculation??....I don't get this....but...I kinda agree with chair's first theory.

All I cared was the fact that Kaname and Yuki kissed. :D :uhhuh: I kinda got the feeling that Kaname and Yuki really aren't related cause....Matsuri Hino would probably never...and I mean NEVER....make a manga of incest. You just kind of know when you've read all of her stories. :D I could be wrong but...that's what I think. It'd be a real shock if she did. It's so confusing because when I read it over and over again, it made sense Kaname wasn't related to the Kuran family but then it did ??? weird...well, we'll just have to wait and see how things turn out :D I don't want them to be siblings...I want a love triangle!

P.S. I really don't mind who Yuki ends up with (Kaname or Zero because I love them both so much!!!!!) but I guess we can almost predict what the outcome is

I love this chapter 😀 because

Yuki and Kaname are not siblings!!! My theory is that Yuki is the real vampire princess and Kaname was a substitute so that no one knew of Yuki's existance to the "throne". Another thoery why Yuki is saying sorry to Zero is that Kaname is her fiance or that she really is from the "royal vampire family"... this is my thoughts.

Although I still support Zero, all the way!

Can't wait for the next chapter anyone knows when it comes out?

Hey I'm a really big YuukixKaname fan and I'm not sure if this is spoiler or not so..

I was really shocked when Yuuki said Kaname is her brother!!! :eek:
But after reading it again I'm very sure they are not blood related cause of what Kaname said in the last page, so I agree with what those others are saying that Yuuki is the actual vampire princess and Kaname is there just to protect her from the rest of the vampire baddies :D

Also, and that is for sure, Kaname is Rido's nephew, as well as a pureblood Vampire.

We also know, that Kaname is not Yuuki's real brother (last page chapter 35).
Also, for Yuki to awaken we can assume that pureblood (most likely only Kuran blood) is needed. (else Rido would not have made that vial containing his Blood)

So, a) either the last page is completely off
b) Yuuki is, in fact, not a pureblood, but something else
c) a pureblood, but not a Kuran

here is what I want to know, forgetting about the last page, Yuki does say that he is her brother, is that page mistranslated as well, or I guess at this point in time she doesn't actually know that he really isn't her brother?

he wants to be her older brother?* Maybe he wishes the relationship was a simple brother/sister thing because that's how she saw him before her parents were killed? Maybe he means that he wishes he could have always been there for her (lived with her, really seen her grow up) like an older brother? more than just the short visits they've always had? Could be he also wishes that this whole mess was a lot simpler, 'cause he doesn't want her to get hurt when she finds out she's not his real sis? (realizing the truth to then realize it's also a lie-poor girl can't get a break)

*yeah, don't like KanameXYuki, so I'm biased in thinking some of that lover stuff may have been cover (a way to have her close without having to reveal anything)

As for saying sorry to Zero? Yeah, a) the whole he hates vampires thing, b)they had a pledge that he'd never let her become a vamp-I think he even promised to kill himself or something-so her being a vamp kind of nulls and voids that pledge in a big way. Honestly, could even be a basic sorry for everything (for dragging him out here, for getting him involved-one of those sorrys people say to a best friend for just getting them involved in drama)

Hmm, as for the blood thing? Was Zero sinking that fast? It actually explains why he didn't go nuts in the span of few days-which I think is the normal timeline.

All I'm really wondering is why Kaname bothered answering Zero's question-though actually, this chap is totally answering a lot of my questions on the relationship between Kaname and Zero these past couple of chapters.

As for Kaname, I really think he is some Kuran's family subordinate (although I believe he is Haruka's son) because I'm pretty sure that, when Rido came to kidnap Yuuki from her parents, Kaname said "About Rido... If I wont be able to finish him off... then it couldn't be helped". By the time I read this sentence, I was really confused because I thought it was really out of place. How come Kaname being in the front line when 2 ADULT PUREBLOODS should be much more of a match to Rido and his fellows then Kaname. And the way it happened... there were no words from Juri wanting Kaname to deal with the situation. She said nothing and he understood his place. 0_0 Well, this sentence earns Kaname a kiss from Kuran Juri (mother). Kaname seems REALLY shocked by this, almost like he was thinking: "you are not even my mother, how come you give this much sincere love?"

Besides, remember at chapter 33 when Kaname asks Yuuki to meet him at some place under a tree? He then asks this question to her: "From yesterday until now, what were you thinking about me?" That reminds me of a scene I really didn't understand. Before, in the same chapter, Yuuki was dreaming (or at least I suppose she was) thinking of Kaname's proposal about her being his lover. Then there is a written that says: "When we grow up we can do that." as someone delicately touches her. WOw... wtf was that? Was she having a dream or was that a memory she had?

That would explain why Yuuki was causing bloodlust in Kaname everytime he saw her neck as she was being careless. Also that would explain his concern about Yuuki hating him after he bit her. AND ALSO that would be much more appropriate 'cause it wouldn't turn Kaname into a liar, which REALLY doesn't suit him. I'm telling this because Kaname once said to Yuuki: "Your kind only live for what lalalalala" and after that he asked if Yuuki wanted to be by his side FOREVER as a vampire. Again, I really don't see a reason why Kaname would lie to her. Kaname's character is someone capable of doing evil and good without having to rely lies and also without losing others respect and trust.

So the real meaning behind his last sentence on chapter 35 COULD be: "If I was born her brother in the first place, I would have been human like her and THAT would have made me much more happy." 0_0 but it's just my imagination working... ^^ 😳

I agree with this person it does make sence but the mother put a spell that would seal her vampier side so she was a vampire before now with her vamp side sleeping. she is living as human and not knowing that her vampire side is even realistic.

you are forgetting 1 point...or maybe i just missed it but, Kuran Juri said on page 37 of chap. 35 " Yuuki...I'm going to put the part of you that has anything to do with vampires asleep, You'll just be a noraml 'human'" so doent that mean that Yuuki is a vampire...or am i missing something here...
