EXACTLY! 😀
Now to a more logical statement. I think this whole smut/ecchi and adult/mature genre differentiation category should be changed to only ecchi and mature.

<___< .... oh well at least someone learn something new

I agree, except i'd prefer that "adult" would stay as "graphic sex scenes in non sex driven plots" and mature was changed to "extreme violence" since mature has more of sheinen/josei definition, but we were thought that already.
Had fun?

Adult and mature is the same to me. Both are 18 and above so it doesn't really benefit us to branch it into two categories.

Well to some, "mature" doesn't not equal "adult". Tt could mean 16+ or 17+ years old, at least to me.

It doesn't have to have sex or something sexual in a manga to be for a "mature" audience. Violence counts too.
But for some stuff for a mature audience, it's considered "mature" because it's for an older person. Other than violence, there's psychological manga that would probably go over a younger age group's heads, and there would be a good chance that it would bore them.

if it is not for kids than it is not for kids. People shouldn't really try to group a manga because it has violence but not sex. As i said if it is not for kids than it is not for kids.

Yes, but since there is no "teen" catergory (there isn't a "kids" catergory either, but if you find manga that's suitable for any age, I guess other members don't feel the need for it since noone's brought it up), there has to be something to distinguish what is meant for an older audience.
But maybe the difference between "mature" and "adult" in the English language started to disappear. Anyhow, let's look to the dictionary.
Searching under the word "adult"
http://www.m-w.com/dictionary/adult:
1 : fully developed and mature : GROWN-UP(there's definition 2 and 3, but definition 1 is the one I want)
Searching under the world "mature"
http://www.m-w.com/dictionary/mature
2 ... d : of, relating to, or being an older adult
3 a : of or relating to a condition of full development b : characteristic of or suitable to a mature individual
...
5 : belonging to the middle portion of a cycle of erosion
But anyhow, if "mature" was eliminated, then probably something needs to be added to fill how it labelled manga for an older audience. The "adult" label used to catergorize all the older manga wouldn't be enough as I see it.

Why don't we just add the TV rating system to manga too. Besides from the Genre, we will add a "rating" to each manga. E for Everyone, G from General, PG....and so on.
Note: This idea is made by me and any profit made from this idea goes solely to me. :D

I reckon "mature" = the stuff done by Omanga/Hawks/Lililicious/Kotonoha etc, where the story can contain some sex but it's not the whole story.
And "Hentai" would be the stuff done by Hentai-Enishi/Doujin-World etc, where the sex is the story.
I love both types!
