To be frank, I remember watching this on YTV as a kid, with
'weird mysteries' being the 'thing' back then for me at least. Betty was always my favorite... I had a thing for blondes. Good for Archie I guess...? How old is he now? (In terms of the comic, not how long has the comic been since is started.)

I don't think they're going to end the love triangle tbh. theyre probably gonna mess up the proposal/wedding somewhere down the line and keep going 😐

Holy crap! I haven't read Archie comics for over 10 years now, didn't even know it's still publishing. I always liked Veronica more so that's good. ^^

No. Archie/Betty is totally the best Archie ship in the comics. I dunno, I never liked Veronica one bit, only slightly better than Cheryl. Veronica just rubs me the wrong way and never seemed like a fully developed character.

Hm, I always liked Betty and Archie. Now that I'm older, I think she could find a much better guy (Archie is pretty fickle, not very smart, and pretty clumsy).

But for all the effort she puts in, I think Betty/Archie is still the best pairing.

Edit// When I think about it, the early strips were about Archie chasing Veronica, and Betty always chasing Archie and losing. So it makes sense to end the series where it started.
Or it could just be a grab for attention with a plot twist.

I think Betty was every boy's favorite. When I was five I watched the original Archie cartoon in reruns. Even then I thought Veronica was annoying. Although today my opinion might be different since I like the tsun-tsun chicks. Just don't ask what it was about Veronica that I didn't like. I couldn't tell you even if I remembered.

The last thing I heard bout that comic was when I was in primary 4 with my classmates fighting over who LIKES Betty or Veronica!! 😲 and I didnt have a clue!

haha so i heard over the internet. i too have remembered watching the weird mysteries tv show. it pretty good and funny.
and iono i was surpirsed that he chose veronica. but its one of those "oh well" things.
their personalities are so different and are opposites. but i like them both. 😛

eh... I wanted him to end up with Betty, too... It seemed a lot more realistic. Wouldn't he need permission from Veronica's dad, for their marriage? Don't rich people, I dunno, want their kids to marry other rich kids? ahahaa- probably a stereotype, but still.... I never saw Archie choosing Veronica in the end.

... turns out he's a lot more materialistic than I made him out to be, lols. But hey? Who can blame him for wanting a good lifestyle with the economy being so bad? meh. He'll have to deal with the consequences, himself. I wonder if Veronica's spoiled and used to having her own way?
