yea thats a big issue....creative freedom is on thing u cant take for granted......it wont affect oda or nishimoto but these medium popular manga can lose fanbase quickly if something brushes the fans the wrong way......

No at 15/16 we didn't think about college, it was something obscure for us middle schoolers (maybe we were thinking of a carrier or a cool profession)
No/Yes the culture changed but not that much, in my country ii was and now it's still common to marry girls(sometimes boys too) ASAP when they reach puberty ... now even some apples rot when unripe (teen sex & pregnancy it not uncomon)
No people can date as early as first year of middle school i've seen it (dunno about sex)
Yes we know about sex (not necessary to experience it) as early as last 2 years of primary school ( i was clueless and listened to my classmates about this) while dirty words are known earlier than that
sex knowledge has easy part that even kids can know but to have social relationship that is hard but even that is managed by some socially capable kids and they are not a few
well for me i'm 28 and didn't date a girl (yet i had some few friends ) because of society (i live in algeria after all) and because i'm introverted and not much social (i receive less than 1 call from friends in a month and no mail in 6months and don't chat with friends nor strangers) 🙄
