I can't remember exactely, but I read a manga involving a popular guy at school, a shy girl (who ended up having a life-threating illness) and a large tree....?

The guy "lived" in the tree and the girl orders (?) him to date her for a week, not telling him that she is going to have an operation that may kill her after the week is up.
