like the topic says I look for a shop where i can buy "The enchained spiritual beast" also known as "Ga rei" in english language.

On http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=3261 they say that its always licensed in english and theres also an english publisher named but with the tag "not official".

I hope one of you know where i can find what i'm looking for 🙂

The 'not official' means that the company has yet to officially announce the license (It's simply inferred based on some other press releases). There are no English language books available for purchase right now.

Nope, once they make any statement about dates and titles, it's considered an official licensing announcement. If I recall, Ga Rei is actually listed in a long email sent from one of the European branches of TokyoPop to some scan sites last year asking for the manga to be taken down due to imminent licensing. The list was huge, but most of them have been officially announced over the past year, and this one is one of the stragglers that's still waiting to be finalized.
