Yes, I'm of Moroccan ethnicity, but I was born and raised in Europe; Belgium..

Well, it has three offical languages.. First of all, Dutch; which is spoken in the northern region.. Then there's French, which is spoken in the southern region.. And then there's a small part in the east next to Germany, where they speak German..
