To stay on topic, I use this Chinese browser that kind of looks like Google Chrome for my browser... that's it, besides players and Office. Maybe a bit of BitLord, but it's usually not manga, of not never. Or music, now that I think about it.

well, i don't pirate any software. i don't need to.
for musics, mostly downloaded. free. if i'm sure its a good one, a cd (and then ripped) is nice.
