True, and they discussed it Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Monday they're already talked out, and usually Wednesday I put up the spoilers.

I thought so, Shinji's attitude towards his subordinate is one of the factor why Aizen succeed in his plan. Remember in the earlier chapter of this flashback arc wherein Shinji said to urahara as an advice that even if you understand your subordinate , you tried not to understand because you have to act as a captain. For me, I think Shinji was sharp enough, but because he didn't know what Aizen's sword was really capable of "absolute hypnosis" (which is effectively manipulation), then Shinji can' t exactly estimate what can Aizen possibly do. Although if Shinji did interact with Aizen more often from the time he appointed him as his vice captain, I think Shinji would at least have an idea about Aizen's zanpakutou's real power. In all fairness to the captains in the flashback arc, at least Shinji and Shunsui have suspicions about Aizen,but in the SS arc, I think no one really suspected until the same thing happened again >:-(

How did Kensei and the gang became normal again and eventually became a vaizard? I still think it's because of urahara. But as i said i am still wondering why Isshin described to urahara that vaizards acquired hollow powers using forbidden method, anyone knows 🙄
