or not. It could be for some other reason. She doesn't necessarily have to end up with the friend, and the manga can be any length.

Any other suggestions? I'd like a manga with childhood bullying similar to these:
First Love (Aruko) - girl was traumatized by a bully in grade school. He ends up in her high school class and falls for her
Cutie Boy - same scenario as above. Although this is a manhwa and I don't want manhwa suggestions
Kimi no Sei

I'm not interested in a manga focused on kids where the boy bullies the girl (ie Gakuen Alice and Kodocha). I want some time to have passed.

Is there anything else out there?
