Haruka Mizuta is shocked when she gets confessed to by Naoto Konno a month after entering high school. He used to bully her in the second grade, but it seems he doesn't remember?!
Oneshot (Complete)

Drawing, very awkward to me, I didn't like the dazzling eyes and something just seemed out. The story too normal, hmm I would say just not interesting, maybe my expectation was high after reading Aruko's other work, everything was unbelievable, especially the reason he gave for bullying her during middle school, man you bullied her badly and that's your simple reason?!! Wao, just terrible.
It was ok. You know what is going to happen right from the get go. Well at least I did. Its like every other Shoujo (minus an annoying female lead) in one chapter. Typical girl dates boy for revenge but instead falls in love, the climate of the story(which was cliche) appears followed by a resolve which ends the story.
I will say that how the characters handled the climax of the story was slightly different, but why everyone is calling this manga innovative I have no idea. The fact that the protagonist doesn't try to make her boyfriend's life miserable while dating is something different as well, which was nice in its own way.
All in all it was an ok read, I was neither bored nor engaged in the story. I am glad it was a one-shot because it ended before I could become bored.
I always wondered why oneshots are usually the ones that stray away from the usual cliches, since this is an example of it. The girl is pretty funny, and is not annoying like other shoujo characters. Her actions are different toward the guy(evil plotting ftw), which made it even more enjoyable. The guy isn't overly bishie, so it gave a more realistic sense, rather than a fake one. Overall, the plot was good, and was enjoyable. I recommend reading it.
its been a while since ive said that at a oneshot...
the artwork is very...real...i like it too...
the story and the pacing of the relationship is very real too...its not cliched unlike all the other oneshots out there who talks a bout a boy and a girl who meets and falls with no reason and then lives happily ever after...
this can happen!!!
I agree with the other comment. It was funny to see a girl who doesn't completely trust some random guy because he's handsome. And she's a little crazy too, but in a comedic way.
For one thing, at the beginning, when he confesses to her she thinks it's a trick and that he's not sincere. As the summary says, he used to bully her when they were little and then he moved away. But by now, he's forgotten who she is. So she dates him, although she's thinking rude thoughts about him the whole time and planning to dump him. I love her evil plotting faces. I also like how she opens up and honestly tells him the reason at the end. It's annoying when the couples start keeping secrets and it makes things worse. I like the art too. Konno's cute in a more realistic art style.
My only complaints: I wish it was longer and of course, the ending comes up too fast (but that's the case with most oneshots). But it's definitely more enjoyable than the average oneshot!
SOOO cute and funny. One of those light adorable ones that you chuckle and giggle at. It's different enough not to be bland or cliche, though. And the art is really good, it's got an original style.
