I'm looking for apocalypse type manga with male mc preferably not overly immotional and also not harem but I know how hard it is to find any manga nowadays with no harem so it's also fine and I do want the mc to be better than other people in terms of power

Not quite “apocalyptic” but The Irregular at Magic High School might check some of those boxes for you. It’s set in a post-war in the future, where magic has been weaponized like science.
