I'm looking for a manga that doesn't romanticize incest and that deals with the psychological consequences of sexual abuse and how it affects the survivor, but also how the survivor finds a way to heal and move on, again as realistically as possible. If at all possible, I would prefer if the survivor didn't have a knight in shining armor type who "saves the day". I would prefer it if she dealt with the abuse on her own terms, instead of having some random love interest deal with it for her. I'm not saying there can't be romance, but I would highly prefer it if either the love interest comes along after she's already figured out a way to cope on her own, or isn't too deeply involved in her healing process.
I know this is super specific, but I'm finding it really difficult to find manga that deals with incest that doesn't romanticize it.
No hentai, ecchi, adult, yuri, yaoi please.

Are you sure you mean incest and not rape?

i agree, i thought at first the question would ask for an incest relationship where the characters struggled with their feelings and the realization that no one would accept their feelings.
Just because all publicized incest features scarred children doesn't mean two consenting individuals of blood relation can't have a wholesome romantic relationship.
So by realistic, I assume you mean from the viewpoint of the Westboro troglodytes that represent bourgeois American society?
There are several manga I can think of but they're straight up porn.

Koi Kaze
It does not romanticize, it basically says it is what it is and goes from there.
And you will have to settle for porn if that does not please you, because Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai dj - 200 Day War of Me and My Sister has almost all of what you wanted, but even though I was initially impressed, I quickly noticed that it was overwrought and basically fell into the same pitfalls School Days did.

Sounds like a rape victim your looking for and how she (I'm assuming you mean female) gets over it.

Not all incest results in sexual abuse, but most, in the real life experience I've had with it, does. I'm not necessarily searching for rape survivor, but that's fine too. Sexual assault can also have a large impact on those who have suffered from it. I'm mainly looking for a manga that realistically addresses the issues specific to abusive incestuous relationships. For me and many I know, realistic incest automatically means abusive. Perhaps I should have been more specific in my title though, I just have honestly never met with anyone who has been in such a relationship 100% willingly. They've often been manipulated or forced into it against their will. I'm not saying all incest relationships are like that, I was just going on my personal experience and the experience of survivors I know. I guess
I just assumed everyone viewed incest similarly to how I did, which was rather silly of me now that I look back at it. Sorry for not being more clear.

If you don't mind visual novels, Tsukihime deals with this (foster children though), but it's for the far side of the moon routes so you will need to get a save file or complete one of the near side routes first. Mirror-Moon has a non-ero translation for this.

What are you, a therapist or something? Some sort of professional involvement is the only way I can conceive that you'd come into contact with any number of "survivors" lol... I'm sure most people go through their entire lives without meeting anyone who mentions any experience with incest...

@jedinat the way I interpreted it, the op was saying s/he is a victim of sexual abuse.

That's just the popularized image of it. Mainstream thinking says incest is bad and wants to see all incest as sexual abuse and ignore how common non-abuse incest is. If it's not rape (i.e. parent raping child) then the psychological damage comes not from the actual relationship but the public pressure and judgmental attitude of mainstream ethics. When everyone else says it's wrong it's hard to feel it's alright.
It's easier to talk about it when it's abuse, which also helps create the illusion that incest equals to abuse. You get sympathy and no one thinks you're in the wrong. Were people to find out you love your sibling and have had sex with him/her they're more inclined to look you as if you were in a sexual relationship with a pig rather than give you sympathy.
So either case can be psychologically damaging though for pretty much opposite reasons.
Hotarubi no Mori he (fourth story)
Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru
