i know this is a bit random and odd, but.....does anyone else find themselves associating a persons icon with the people themselves 😕

couse i tend to get tripped up when people change their icons and after seeing the same one for so long, i look at it like "wtf, who is that"...

but maybe i am just a little on the dumb side.

 🤣       That's probably something you shouldn't admit to doing.     🤣       I try not to make assumption with gender (and if I do make an assumption, I tend to think everyone's male until told otherwise   🤣    )  when it comes to avies.. ....just learned something about Manick Yeah, I kept thinking everyone was a girl. Manick, Dr. Love (because of the Tifa avy), and basically everyone who has a girl for their avatar. i do actually look at the user´s profile to figure out gender, but by reading the user´s post i kind of get an idea of gender (not always right 😀 ). Well, i do associate users with avatars too.

Yep, I do it all the time. I do read the names as well, but I tend to glance at the avatar out of the corner of my eye before reading the post, & then check the name if I don't recognize the ava.

I don't think I've ever looked at someone's profile to figure out if they're male or female. It's almost always pretty obvious to me from reading a few posts, esp. if they write very much.

LOL, yes. I think I have changed my icon, around three or four times since I have been here.

I plan to keep Lelouch up for a little while, though, unless something so amazingly awesome comes along that I feel the absolute need to change it (Unlikely, as it may seem).

Me, I've been through 6 avatars. I believe your user name combined along with your avatar and the way you post will determine which gender people will associate you with, regardless of whatever you say. That being said I continue to discombobulate.
