I am looking manga's that have females on top. It could also be something like a princess, queen, mistress, etc. I am just looking for manga's that have a very loyal male character and one who obviously shows his feelings.

Even if it only matches some of the requirements, it's okay. I just want to see some good romance manga XD

Hmm... maybe you could like Her Majesty's Dog if you don't mind supernatural. The two main characters are a girl which is a strong medium and her guardian a guy who is a demon dog. He's very loyal to her but don't really admit his love for her.

There's a really strong female, but the romance is a little bit off to the side.
It doesn't match your requirements all that much, but it's a good romance anyway! Also, the author writes about a lot of strong females so you can check those out too!
