Let's not even talk about predator UAV, and replacing fly and beetle brain with microchip, mount small camera and transceiver and fly it into your house. Or the fact that they can direct a tiny laser on your window, and listen to your voice through vibration of air to glass. And finally just by being outside our house, they can detect what keys you pressed due to electrical signals given off every time you press a key. Is this a 2011 stuff? no, these were available since 2000. It's been 10 years, imagine the progress they made during this time. In fact, they probably developed cloaking and it standing right next to your computer screen. 🤣

Anyway, in practical terms it's a gross mistake to look at the world in terms of fiction. You can talk about divisions and human tendencies for indulgence and idiocy all you want, but the reality is that the human race is nothing if not consistently innovative. If the future is even more dystopian than today, then it'll come about in a way that we aren't even properly thinking about now.

lol, the government wouldnt bother tracking EVERY cellphone in the country, because that will waste a lot of time and money. the government, although they could intercept almost every form of communication wont unless there is a big threat or emergency. its mostly in the movies and such that these things happen, and who would put a bug at your house? unless you done something outrageously bad, i seriously doubt that they will bug your stuff

i have no idea whats going to happen or how the world will end up, but one thing is sure : it all depends that if we have a world left or not. whats to say that one fairly idiotic leader doesn't start nuclear war.
In the past we have come pretty close like the Cuban missile crisis and once when America mistook a satellite of its own as a Russian missile and was seconds away from starting a full scale nuclear war but thankfully it didn't. what are the chances that one innocent mistake screws up the whole planet.
