In most of the hentai, if not all of them, the men are represented with huge one. By the way, it is the same for the erotic japanese drawing from the last three centuries. I mean, in some of the XIX century's drawing the men have one as big as their tight...

But it is known that asian have smaller ones. For the one who already saw Japanese or Korean pron, some of the guy have one that can be easily hiden in two female hands... sometime even one.

Durex regulary makes a study on their customer's size and from what is published, we know that asian have the smaller one, caucasian are more lucky and African have the biggest. The rest something in the middle according how much african/caucasian/asian blood they carry. Of course it is avarages and in each population there is variations. But I never saw asian pron with guys having one reaching the european standard.

So why the japanese hentais show guys with monstrous thing, even giving sizes in their dialogs (10, 12 inches... 25 to 30 cm) when everybody knows that if a japanese reach 6 or 7 inches he's way above avarage?

Is it to excite imagination? Do they link size with stamina (when there is no relation at all)? Size with lust (still no real relation)? Is it easier to draw like that? With more details...

i believe that this is a myth. Most studies i've seen suggest there isn't that much of a significant different in size regardless of race. If you watch porn from America and porn from Japan, you can pretty much guess that the American porns try and create the illusion of being bigger by camera angles, and lack of pubic hair. I'm not going to discuss this in much detail as i think it's going to get deleted as I get the feeling it's borderline graphic.

People relate size to satisfacion and such because the sex industry were mostly effected by men ("macho-men") who, in fact were the ones that related cock size and breast size to lust from their own fantazies and stuff like that.
If you go into a sex shop and look at the dildo secion you'll see huge ones next to small ones. The comicly huge ones were made by men who have that pespecion.
People became acostume to that way of thinking and today some of it still remains.

I would be disapointed if this post is deleted, but I would understand. Although it is about manga/hentai. And it is not like I would ask what is your size (like who cares).

I was just wondering about these myths sometime carried in our dear hentai misleading us into thinking that men or women's attribute's size and lust or stamina or whatever was somehow proportional.

And I stand my ground on asian/caucasian/negroid population and size. Sure it is a cliché, but it is also the truth (we're talking average with variation in population - more significant among negroid and North african population, by the way, according the studies).

Like the old saying goes “size doesn’t matter it’s how you use it” since the most sensitive cells are within the first 5cms, so if you can beat that, then size doesn’t matter.

In Asian porn I would say there isn’t much concern about size at all which would make it more open for people with small sized penises to not feel self-conscious.

For hentai maybe it’s to make it more interesting by making it different from norm, it also adds more emotions and expressions to the scene by ways you can probably imagine.

While it is true that size is not the only thing, it does play a part, having said that, most women that I know prefer the 6/1 technique as described in some erotic texts. Since the head of the penis is larger than the shaft, by pulling out on the backstroke until the head is slightly outside the entrance it gives more stimulation to the clitoris than deep strokes so in that regard you only need 3 to 4 inches, however by thrusting deeply on the seventh stroke, ( thus the 6/1 ratio) it stimulates the deeper vaginal walls.
