well usually people associate great sex with big size. i dont think its a matter of accuracy anyway but rather a matter of lust.

Well, you know the old saying of "bigger is better", so I guess a large penis is supposed to portray great stamina and lust? I assume it's also easier to draw a large one? And you see the same effect with breasts in Hentai. They're usually big as well, usually signs of "lewdness", though I don't see the relation.
