I think Kishimoto is trying to show that Naruto is one of those iconic characters since he only knows two techniques and yet he utilizes them to their fullest abilities and beats nearly everyone he faces.

That, or he's trying to send a message to the people who read it saying, "Just because you're an outcast and you don't have many skills doesn't mean you can't become something great."

eh... that is a good point...but you would think that Kishimoto would try to show naruto exel at something besides that to further show the over come of the label "outcast" or "weak"....since sure he has become strong and overcome a lot...yet if he just had some more justu it might add more to the over coming concept....

naruto defeats about one body per ch so im guessing god realm is next. 😁

And yes, I would like naruto to learn a few new moves, just to see what kind of combos he can make with his bunshins and rasengans. But then, back at the academy, naruto could do everything except clones....granted he was a horrible student but he still passed except for that one thing.

about it being at most 2/3 done. i cant agree more. naruto still has to fight tobi ans sasuke. kisame and zetsu are also just sitting around fucking and kabuto-orochimaru are probably gonna turn up again.

Well, we don't know what message Kishimoto is trying to send. He might not even be sending a message at all. But that's what I got from the manga seeing how Naruto has been almost everybody with only two techniques.

My guess would be because the clone is gather natural energy, so it needs to be perfectly still. Somebody needed to tell the clone to end the technique, so it needed to be reverse-summoned. But that does raise the question of what happens with clones...either they are defeated or dispel the technique? The original can't dispel it? something there sounds fishy.
