Although I don't know what it's from, I can make some judgements based on the url and imageshack's tendencies:

Remove the beginning because it has no relevence.

mb305wz4**.jpg**

Do the same with the .jpg

mb305wz4

Remove the last three symbols because those are random characters generated by imageshack.

So, we're left with "mb305".

We can assume based on natural human tendencies that the initials of the series are probably "mb". Since this seems to be just a picture and not a scan or scanlation, the 305 does not necessarily mean anything.

But, just for case's sake, let's say 305 did mean something. Now, it could mean that it was number 305 in a series of pictures from the series, but it's unlikely that someone would take 305 pictures of one series. If we try to split it up into parts, we get 30-5, or 3-05. Out of the types of numbers used for mangas, there are three possibilities for these split up numbers; Volume, chapter, and page. If this is a oneshot, it would definitely be chapter and page, with the 3-05 combination more likely. Now, if it's a series, it's probably simply one number representing a page, because none of the other options seem probable.

Kitty, you are a genius, and I am an obsessive nerd. Taking your logic into account, I went through all the M's, found about three appropriate titles/authors, did some investigating, and I am now about 99% certain that the picture in question is from Moon Boy. I've only downloaded one volume, and that particular scene isn't there, but it's definitely the same art style, especially if you look at the girl's eyes. I'm certain it's at the very least, by that author.
