Hello!
I just realized that I used to read this series or one shot which I am quite sure was yaoi or shounen ai. I don't remember much, only that there is this blond guy (and he has something like piercings? I am not sure) who is working in a ramen/food shop/restaurant as cooker which is a underpaid job and he was quite desperate (I think he was in prison? or sort of? I don't know) and he falls in love with this other guy who comes to the shop every day (is he a policeman?).
I am so sorry, I don't remember much D: I only remember that there was no animosity between the two characters and they were a bit embarassed the first times they saw each others again.
