There is definately only one: Jiraiya. He was just about the best character in the whole series. I mean look at those others anbd you know what i mean 😀

Amen to that.

Considering almost anyone ever mention and a whole bunch not just got revived (albeit temporarily) I would go with Jiraiya. His antics were some of the funnier moments in the series.

I would wish to revive the Sage of the Six Paths (Rikudō Sennin).

It would be interesting to see a legendary figure like him make an epic appearance. All wars would be brought to an end with a simple finger snap. He would dominate the Earth.
