I am looking for the name of a manga I read and can not remember the title of.

The plot: A manga/ comic book artist has problems getting his projects done, so his long time friend that lives next door (i believe) is always taking care of him. The friend helps the artist clean and cook. I know that the artist gets an assistant, and the assistant starts to take over the artist care and such. the assistant ends up stealing the artist's story and publishing. the friend then helps to prove that the artist drew the story first and then the friend and artist get together.
