I read this manga sometime ago but I really can't remember the title or author >,<

the summary goes something like this:
A literature editor quits his father's publishing company since his colleagues keep saying he only gets the good titles because he's the son of the president. He gets hired for another publisher but instead of literature they assign him to the shojo manga department. He ends up meeting an old flame and each of them thought the other had dumped them a long time ago. and it just goes on from there as u can imagine ;p

It should be Sekaiichi Hatsukoi
