So I don’t remember much about this manga but I really want to read it again. It’s a high school romance genre where the girl ends up with the second male lead instead of the first ml. The first ml is very feminine looking and has a complex about not being masculine enough. He didn’t feel the same way about the mc and didn’t get feelings for her until after she had stopped liking him. She eventually ends up with second ml who had liked her the whole time. Maybe bit of a longshot but maybe Cherry Boy, That Girl? Has a feminine male lead that is considered to be prettier than the female lead, but I'm not sure whether he had a complex about being feminine (in fact, he's a narcissist + toxic to boot). I knew the first ML didn't like her female lead at first, but went out with her cuz of his ego, but got obsessive when she broke up with him. The second guy has gynophobia(ish), although I am unsure that he liked her the whole time.
